After submitting your cash-out request, your Love does not get removed straight away. All cash-out requests are now processed only once a month, 1 to 2 days after the month ends. You will receive an email with your Cash-out Confirmation Receipt.
Note that after your request is processed, the funds will be delivered no later than the 15th of the month following your request. For example, if you have requested a cash-out at the end of September, you'll receive it during the first half of October.
If you have asked for a cash-out, got the Love removed from your artist account, and the funds are still not added to your account after the 15th of the following month; please do the following:
- Confirm that your PayPal account is enabled to receive international payments from the USA.
- Submit a Support Ticket Request containing the following information:
- Your Artist Username
- The email associated with the PayPal account used to make the cash-out request
- Country the PayPal account is registered in
- The following Ticket Subject: Cash-out funds not received
A Support Specialist will then process this request and you'll receive a reply in your email inbox before the next 48 hours.
