If you've requested a Cash-out within the last 7 weeks and wish to change the PayPal account the funds will be delivered to, please submit a Support Ticket Request with the following information:
- The following "Subject": I want to change the PayPal account associated with a Cash-out
- Your Artist username
- The email associated with the PayPal account used previously
- The email associated with the PayPal account you wish to use instead
- The country of origin associated with this new PayPal account
- Are you sure this new PayPal account is enabled to receive payments from the USA? (Yes/No)
A Support Specialist will then process this request before the next 48 hours.
- Please note that your PayPal information does not get stored for future Cash-out Requests and that you will always need to fill the fields with the PayPal you want the funds to be added to. If you're simply switching PayPal accounts, simply fill the fields with the new one to request a Cash-out to your new PayPal account.
