To ensure that your Cash-out is processed accordingly, you should check that the PayPal account you provided is valid by verifying the following:
- The PayPal account being used is active
- This means you can access it and log into it
- International payments allowed > US payments enabled in your settings
- Log in to your PayPal account, click on "Wallet", then "PayPal balance". On the subsequent popup, simply click on "Manage currencies", then "Add Currency"
- Correct spelling/email used when requesting the Cash-out
- Triple check if you're using the correct account and spelling before submitting a Cash-out Request
