My Artist Panel video is always freezing!
In some scenarios, your stream may pause, stutter, freeze or disconnect. Here's some advice to help you with that:
- Disconnects typically occur if you’re connected to the internet over Wi-fi, as a wireless connection might occasionally “hiccup” and cause minor disconnections. We recommend connecting to the internet via wired Ethernet when possible to have a more steady and reliable connection.
- While we are working to improve the auto-recovery capabilities with the Streamlabs system, if you do see a disconnection, you’ll be notified about it in the Artist Panel. To reconnect, simply stop and restart your stream in the streaming software, wait for your video to re-appear in the Artist Panel, and hit Go Live. As your Server and Stream Key will continue being the same, your video will reconnect within just a few seconds.
