You receive 10 Stars for every Fan-donated Love. That means that if you receive a Sticker of 10 Love from a Fan, you'll also be receiving 100 Stars towards that Weekly Competition for that week.
Note that if the Fan is subscribed to your Crew, that number is doubled - you get 20 Stars for every Fan-donated Love if the Fan is currently subscribed to you.
