Why am I only receiving 300 Love per subscription?
Currently, you receive 300 Bonus Love every time that a Fan subscribes to your Crew or renews their recurring subscription. This Love is instantly added to your totals immediately once the Fan subscribes to you, and this is the correct amount of Love that you receive for each of the users subscribed to you.
This represents a 50/50 split between you and Sessions of the amount invested by the Fan.
The reason that it's listed as being "directly to the Artist" in the Green Room is to make clear that this is Love that gets added to your account straight away (and to make it different from the Bonus Love coming from weekly rewards or programs, that are only added once per week). In this sense, the Love you receive for the Crew Memberships go directly to your totals, in the same fashion as the Fan-donated Love received during your stream. Every time that a Fan is charged for the subscription, 300 Love is added to your totals.
