I want to reschedule my participation!
I want to reschedule my event performance time!
If you need to reschedule your participation in an event you had already booked a performance time for, you can do that by accessing your Artist Hub. Please note that every event has a "deadline" - you will not be able to reschedule or cancel your participation after this deadline has passed. Make sure to reschedule performance times as soon as possible to allow other artists to cover your slot.
To reschedule your performance time at any event you signed up for, please follow these instructions:
1. Visit your Artist Hub by accessing www.sessionslive.com/artists or clicking the "Artists" menu in the main upper bar.
2. Click "Go Live" and "Event" on the left-side menu. Alternatively, if you want a direct link, you can also visit https://sessionslive.com/artists/event-schedules directly.
3. You'll be able to see information about your upcoming event performances front and center.
4. You can reschedule your performance time by clicking the "pencil icon" and then the purple "Reschedule Performance" button.
5. You'll be taken to a page with all the available performance times for this event. Please note that there might not be other times available for you to reschedule your participation, as they could have already been taken by other Artists.
6. At any time, you can cancel this operation and give up on rescheduling - please don't worry as, if you do that, you will NOT lose your previous performance slot and will be still booked to perform as normal.
