Can non-Crew members join my Crew-exclusive stream?
We can confirm that anyone who is not a part of your Crew CANNOT watch your stream or read your chat when you're hosting a Crew-exclusive stream. They can, however, still attempt to join your room, as you're still listed in the Rising Artists list when performing a Crew-exclusive stream. They won't be able to hear you or read the chat but will be prompted to subscribe to your Crew instead.
On your end, in the Artist Panel chat list, you're going to see these non-Crew members attempting to join your room, even though they cannot hear or read you. While this might make you feel like they're present in your stream, we can assure you that your Crew-only shows are exclusive to your Crew members.
