How can I perform a sound check?
When you're online, we suggest you check the quality of your Session by visiting your stream using another device (such as your phone if you're streaming from a PC).
You can do that by visiting www.sessions.live and finding your user in the main page list of online artists. Alternatively, you can access your live stream directly by visiting www.sessions.live/YOUR-USERNAME/live.
By visiting your own stream using another device, you'll be able to have the exact same experience that a fan would have when watching you. You'll also be able to account for the latency between your stream and our servers.
You can also request one of our Live Chat agents to double-check your stream to see if you're live or not - just keep in mind that, while support agents can comment on your audio and video quality, we cannot watch your entire show.
If you're using Advanced Streaming
Streamlabs can display some useful information about your stream that you can use to gauge whether your connection is good or if you're facing problems.
1. On the lower-left corner of the Streamlabs main screen, click this icon to open the "Performance Metrics" menu window.
2. Check the "Status" portion of this window to assess whether Streamlabs identifies your connection as appropriate.
3. You can also run the automated Advanced Streaming soundcheck to identify any problems with your stream.
