You should talk to your credit card issuer or bank to figure out a solution regarding what happened - they will be able to come up with solutions such as canceling your credit card, sending a dispute to get your money back, or taking any other necessary measures.
Once your credit card issuer or bank sends us a dispute for the money spent, we can work alongside them to investigate what happened. With that said, note that Sessions Support is not able to issue you any direct refunds in case your credit card information was used to purchase credit in our app against your wish. Additionally, we can confirm that our site is 100% safe and, if the security of your credit card was breached, we are not the source of this problem.
