Artists' featured time in Festivals is of exactly 15 minutes, but you're free to continue streaming before or after your featured time if you have a longer show in mind. People are free to leave the Festival and watch just you in your live stream room just like any other stream.
Keep in mind that this performance time is first-come-first-serve, so the sooner your register for the Festival, the better the chances of getting the exact performance time that you like!
