Contacting Live Chat
You can access our Support Live Chat widget by visiting your Artist Hub. The widget is always located in the lower-left corner of your screen. See also: Help Article: "How can I access the Artist Hub?".

Clicking this icon will allow you to search for Help Articles,
or contact a Support Agent.
Sending a Support Ticket
There are some situations where you need to fill up a Support Ticket so one of our Support Specialists can check your inquiry regarding more advanced issues. To file a Support Ticket Request, please follow these steps:
1. Click this link here to "Submit a request". You can also visit our Support page and use the link in the upper-right corner of your screen.
2. Fill up the necessary fields with information about your problem. Please make sure to use a valid email address, as it will be used to send you a reply with our resolution on your request.
- Please allow 24-48 hours for one of our Support Specialists to process your request. We'll try handling it as quickly as possible.
