In this article, we show you what Cash-out means and how you can transform your Love earned as an Artist into US dollars.
As an Artist, you can cash out the Love that your Fans have donated to you. In order to do that, you must be in a week where your Level is at least Artist Level 4, and you should have a valid PayPal account that is able to receive international payments from the USA. Simply follow these instructions:
1. Visit your Artist Hub by accessing www.sessionslive.com/artists or clicking the "Artists" menu in the main upper bar.
2. Click "Love" and "Cash Out" on the left-side menu.
3. You'll be able to see your current amount of Love this way. Fill up the fields with the email associated with your Artist account ("Contact email"), a valid PayPal account email ("PayPal email"), and click on the "Cash Out" button.

Notes:
Keep in mind that this needs to be done in a week where your Artist Level is 4 or above. In short, performing this action means you authorize us to remove all the Love from your Artist account and turn it into funds to the PayPal account you mentioned!
- Your PayPal information does not get stored. You need to fill these fields out every time you request a new Cash-out.
After doing this action, please note that the Love does not get removed straight away - we need around 2 weeks to process this request and remove the Love from your account. When this happens, you'll receive an email with the Cash-out Confirmation Receipt related to this Cash-out. After that, you can expect the funds to reach your PayPal account after around 8-10 weeks.
For your Cash-out to be processed correctly, you need to ensure that the PayPal account you provided is valid. See also: "Help Article: How can I be sure my PayPal account is valid?".
